Are you our new Export Logistic Specialist ?

As part of our team, you will support the Export Logistic department supporting operations processes to fulfill customer needs about customs clearance phases, handling the whole export activities, from customer request to parts collection/shipment.

Your key tasks will be:

- driving the interaction with PWT customers' network spread all over the world by monitoring, facilitating, and integrating all Parts Operations processes from customer request to effective and consistent delivery/pick-up

- guarantying that all needed steps in the whole export process are performed timely; rising issues that might cause delay and actively cooperating to their solution

- supervising the spare parts outbound flow together with distribution team (depot and transportation activities

- focusing on the whole export process, from daily contacts with forwarders to export documents handling and proper communication management with customers

- liaising with distribution, Stellantis (financial services) and SADI to cover all foreign customers' requests about pick-ups arrangements

- driving continuous improvement of all export phases and share all the needed export data within Dealers and OEMs Parts support team

- handling all needed export reports to track all the pick-ups and shipments of foreign customers

Our ideal Export Logistic Specialist has:

- Bachelor's degree

- languages: fluent English (spoken and written )

- deep knowledge of full MS Office package (mainly Excel and power-point)

- accuracy and timeliness, management of priorities, accountability and orientation to company target, attitude to learn, self-development, team-player
