To support our growth, we are seeking one
EXPORT SALES AREA MANAGER to join our Sales Team at the company headquarters in Italy, located in Parma (Sorbolo-Mezzani).
The selected candidates will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our international client base and manage their assigned regions with increasing autonomy.
Main Responsibilities: Manage assigned regions in collaboration with the Sales Management.
Develop and expand the international sales network, supporting distributors and agents.
Monitor market trends, analyze product performance, and propose targeted strategies.
Plan and conduct international travel (approximately 50% of the time) to visit clients and business partners.
Participate in trade fairs and industry events, promoting the NBSL-Prisma brand in assigned regions.
Collaborate with Management to define export strategies and targeted promotional activities.
Prepare detailed reports and share insights to optimize sales performance.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Export Area Manager in structured companies, preferably in the elevator industry.
Strong knowledge of international sales dynamics and distributor network management.
Availability for international travel up to 50% of the time.
Fluency in English and at least one additional language (German or French preferred).
Ability to work independently and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Basic marketing knowledge and advanced proficiency in Office suite tools.
Presence at the Parma headquarters, with partial remote working options for candidates outside the area.
