**Export Manager South Europe**:
If you want to be part of something special, be part of a winning team. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and relational-oriented Export Manager with sell-in skills and experience in multinational, fast-paced environments.
**Mission**:
Ensure business development by increasing market share and customer relations and enhancing sales for products of Cimbali Group by achieving sales, profitability, and area targets by implementing commercial plans.
**Key Role Responsibilities**:
Participate in special projects such as fairs, promotions, launches of new products, and marketing initiatives, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication Department
Participate in the management of relations with Key Accounts in the assigned area
Implement the Go to Market plan with the Trade Marketing team and Business Units
Coordinate external partners to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales network
Support external partners during special deal closing
Collect market feedback and business insights
Conduct a one-to-one business review with all external partners managed
Prepare sales presentations and business proposals oriented to the product introduction and enforce the Brand Awareness
**Experience and qualifications**:
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is undoubtedly a positive added value
No more than 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
Solid experience in dealing with distributors or dealers
Strong commercial acumen and planning capability
Tenacity and resilience, with a results-orientated mentality
Demonsrated experience in identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer-centric solutions in an international context
Sales network management and organization
**Sales operations**: scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management
Passion, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile.
