Responsibility:

- To manage the assigned portfolio in order to achieve turnover growth

- To develop existing customers and distribution partners

- To establish deep relationships with key decision makers at end customers

- To preserve the customer loyalty

- To achieve new customer and to generates new opportunities for strategic partnerships

- Train distributors and their end users on the company's products and services

- Coordinates operational marketing activities, participates in fairs and other marketing events

- Analyses and reports on market trends, the company and competitors

Qualifications and experience:

- Consolidated experience in the role and knowledge of bicycle market;

- Experience in B2B & Retail;

- Experience in managing GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies;

- Strong commercial sensitivity and persuasive skills;

- Experience in managing technical business negotiations;

- Experience working with CRM;

- Fluent Spanish and English (preferably knowledge of French);

- Dynamic and motivated individual with a high level of energy and strength in driving new sales;

- Excellent leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop/maintain good relationships with clients and business partners;

- Excellent project and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

- Proven ability to work internationally in multicultural environments;

- Demonstrated problem setting and problem-solving ability
