Joom also includes four other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany;

Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal.

Now we are looking for an Operations Manager, who will help us control the execution of export declaration for specific orders and will communicate with merchants and export agents to ensure the flawlessness of the documents for the export process.

**Responsibilities

- Be responsible for export declarations of orders from China, including exports from our suppliers

- Communication with export agents and Chinese suppliers, as well as with internal teams: finance, logistics, procurement

- Handle compliance verification of VAT invoices and export declarations of our own trade company in China and support of VAT refund process.

- Control of export-related document flow

- Develop and optimise the export declaration process

- Develop an export control system in China (which brands, goods, etc.

can be exported).

- Build up expertise on export from China

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of China export declaration and export VAT refund processes and relevant regulations & legislation

- 5+ years of relevant experience in outside logistics and export business in an export agent or B2B trade company

- Strong communication skills

- Quick learner with the ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving team environment

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams

- Result-oriented with strong ownership and proactive approach

- Fluent written and confident spoken English
