For our Sbu Novacolor Export, with the aim of managing and developing the business of the Premium Decorative Line in the Central Europe and South America we are looking for an Export Sales Manager (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) which will manage and develop two main commercial channels: TRADE - importers and specialized network of distributors in the building sector - and contract projects.

**Activities**:

- Development and management of new/existing network of importers/distributors in the field of paints and varnishes distribution by researching and contacting local players involved in that specific field.

- Development of local networks of procurements, agents, promoters in order to approach to relevant projects in the region where to specify and prescribe Novacolor decorative solutions for interior/exterior surfaces;

- Managing commercial relations with the actual specialized network of distributors.

Managing business relationships with general contractor/developers

- Negotiating with a variety of people, agents and vendors.

We are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers;

- Opening new markets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience gained in markets related to interior/exterior finishing, premium decoration.

In-depth knowledge of distribution channels made up of specialized construction dealers;

- 5 years of experience in a similar role and in different European countries, with all responsibilities about budgeting, forecasting, strategy sales implementation.

Responsibilities for the managing and development of product range, out of lines products and launching new products;

- Knowledge how to approach to the important clients with a premium brand;

- Excellent knowledge of English and German language;

- Available for medium-long transfers abroad
