Export Sales Manager Europe
Position Snapshot
- Nestlé in Italy, Milan HQ;
- Permanent contract;
- Location: Assago;
- At least 2 years in Sales (customers&distributors).
Export experience is a must.
- Demonstrate ability in managing customers/distributors beyond hierarchy and able to generate good relationships with third party partners and engage them.
- Shows high agility in managing kpi's and tools related to "Profitable Growth" culture
- Teamworking attitude.
- Must speak fluent English.
French or Portuguese as a plus
- travel time within 15%
**Position Summary
Responsible for being a single point of contact for all Sales Operations and related aspects (e. g.
Field Sales, Distributors, Trade marketing, Logistic Service, etc) within assigned geographical "Area/Territory" and deliver agreed objectives/targets
**A Day in the Life of the Export Sales Manager Europe
- Ensure achievement of key targets/KPIs (GPS, NNS, TTS, distribution, POS Execution) for the assigned Area;
- Ensure achievement of key targets/KPIs in the profitability side of the business such as CMC% and MCS/Cop1% for the assigned area;
- Ensure achievements of Supply Chain Targets/kpi's such as Forecasting, Timely received orders;
- Leads the distributor in defining the best commercial strategy (pricing, promotions and in store activation) for the development of the brand;
- Implement, follow up and update Sales Plan for the assigned Area;
- Cascade mktg activities related to the assigned Area (communication and promotion);
- Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with Distributors (or other 3rd party partners).
Agree on investments.
Execute at least montly monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (sell in, sell out, inventory level, forecasting, in time order placement);
- Responsible for the implementation of the Channel Category Plans (Cycle Plan from ICP) within the Area Sales Plan that concludes the cycle of ICP.
Support the development of the Sales and Category channel Plans by providing feedback on the Cycle plan activities execution;
- Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by customer, report on market dynamics, competitor activities,
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations
- Coach, motivate and develop Key People inside the Distributors
