Clivet SpA, part of Midea Group, is now looking for a new colleague who will join our Service Team as Export Service Engineer.

What about this new opportunity? As our new Export Service Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities:

Guarantee technical support to our distributors, subsidiaries and customers around the world. This support can be done remotely or directly to the customer/distributor premises.

In case of high complexity, you will be asked to go there and troubleshoot!You will be dedicated to all our catalogue of products, ensuring you will not get bored!

You will also be in charge of training for our subsidiaries and distributors. Clivet is well known for the innovation in our R&D, and you will collaborate directly with the R&D team to develop new products. This is what we are looking for in this new role:

An electrotechnical/electrical high school diploma. Experience as a service engineer is welcomed, but we will train you if you don't have it!English is mandatory, and knowledge of an additional language is a plus. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential. You will be travelling 30% of your time for customer support abroad. We are looking for someone living near Feltre (BL).
