Export Technical Sales, Sesto San Giovanni Sesto San Giovanni, Italy Risorse Professional , a company specialized in the research and selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for a Client company specialized in the design and production of high-quality electric motors: The role will involve promoting the company's technologies and customization services in assigned markets, coordinating the local sales force or directly managing customer acquisition and development, acting as an intermediary between the company and clients, monitoring performance, and reporting to management. Responsibilities: Manage the order and revenue trends against company objectives, promoting the company's products and solutions; Map the clientele in the assigned territory, ensuring adequate market coverage and frequency of visits; Increase brand visibility in the reference markets in agreement with general management; Train and support local staff in the assigned territories; Implement the company and group strategy, ensuring consistency with sales objectives; Communicate the general sales conditions to clients, identifying solutions to balance market needs and business strategies; Monitor market trends and propose solutions to adapt company structures to sector and product evolutions. Requirements: Previous experience in commercial roles in the electric motors or industrial automation sector; Excellent knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; Willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally; Excellent communication and relational skills; Fluent knowledge of English and possibly German. Permanent contract directly with the Client company. Salary range is €30, 000 - €40, 000. Any bonuses and benefits will be defined directly during the selection process with the Client company.
