Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support/ Health Service Assistance is essential. An understanding of dementia and mental health. An outgoing and friendly personality. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to work in high-pressure situations. The skills to be adaptable to suit the needs of the residents.
