About the Role: We are looking for an highly creative and skilled Eyewear Designer to join our dynamic design team based in Italy (Alpago - BL).

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and developing innovative eyewear designs for our diverse portfolio of brands.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, brand, and sales, to bring your designs to life and ensure they meet market trends and brand objectives.

Responsibilities: Develop and prepare sketches of new eyewear concepts based on the specifications set per the Brand Brief and licensor requests In partnership with Design Team research and develop proprietary and innovative construction details –hardware, material combinations, new production/design, techniques, etc Create fully resolved sketchbooks and renderings in Illustrator for presentation Create fully detailed technical drawings inclusive of section drawings, exploded views and notes for prototyping Assist in the prototype and CAD assessment/revisions and follow up with QC department to ensure accurate translation of drawings and support product development as directed.

Assist in the resolution of design, prototyping and manufacturing issues during the development phase; create fully resolved addendums to communicate and resolve manufacturing and prototyping challenges Interface with Design Teams and provide support for new brand development as directed Assist in the continual gathering and sharing of trends in eyewear and fashion markets Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in eyewear design (preferred minimum of 3 years ).

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Proficiency in sketching, design vision, concept ideation and development, 2D color renderings and 2D CAD.

Excellent understanding of eyewear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of current eyewear trends and market dynamics.

Ability to translate brand vision into compelling eyewear designs.

Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical design skills.
