Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. **Partner with the best

You will develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily workshop production plan. Achieve highest HSE performances while providing direction and assistance to work group. You will lead the F2F Custom Cell Hydraulic Test & Painting production line, ensuring compliance of deliverables to plan inclusive of equipment and cost control.

As a F2F Custom Cell Hydraulic Test & Painting Line Production Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- Leading the activities, effective partnership with Contractors, providing leadership and guidance to plan and monitor activities to support and execute projects effectively.

- Collaborating with cross-functional and Global teams to align and support execution deliverables while sharing lessons learned.

- Taking ownership of all activities within the operations to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements.

- Building clarity of all spend within the cell and develop, implement, and support cost out and overall plant initiatives.

- Monitoring KPI's to analyze and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans for the activities organization

- Leading the digital transformation of the area, improving and laying down a continuous improvement roadmap on efficiency KPI

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering or Managerial Engineering) or an equivalent experience in manufacturing operations (minimum 10 y)

- Be fluent in English and Italian, with a EU work permit

- Show high-energy, self-motivation, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries.

- Demonstrate good interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to influence others.

- Demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Show superior listening skills.
