As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for performing the daily operations of a Testing production line to ensure reliability and consistency.

As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Assuring Operations KPI Excellence for the product line/lines under your responsibility.

- Managing the Team of Test Shop Technicians, Line Assistants and Shop Operators of production line assigned to you.

- Assuring HSEQ excellence standards respect.

- Guaranteeing Customer Satisfaction (internal and external).

- Coordinating the interaction between the functions involved during internal and witnessed test.

- Driving Variable Cost Productivity and Lead Time reduction Projects.

- Fostering Cultural Transformation and DE&I across the Shop.

- Collaborating with the other Supporting Functions to drive Testing Excellence and company sustainability Journey.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Display experience in Industrial Production, Manufacturing and Testing

- Demonstrate pro activity and reactivity to prevent, identify and solve issues in multiple variables scenarios.

- Be able to work with and influence stakeholders.

- Be fluent both in Italian and English.

- Hold a Master's Degree in Engineering or proven experience in a Manufacturing environment.
