Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for a position.

In this position, you will:

Job Location: Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules.

There are around 300 employees currently working in Borgaro Torinese, Italy.

This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.

What you will be doing: Manage Process Control for all Etching processes (Wet, Dry, Spray) in the wafer production line.

Manage Process key parameters, including Cpk, Yields, Costs, and defects.

Manage Technology improvement by qualifying and introducing new equipment and developing new processes to support future product introduction or process optimizations.

Understand and identify sources of risks and corrective actions.

Willingness to learn, study, and communicate with other departments.

Creative and effective data analysis with powerful software packages (JMP, SAP BO, YieldWatchDog).

Teamwork with a skilled and heterogeneous group of process engineers.

What you will bring along: Bachelor's, Master's degree, or PhD in Management Engineering or similar.

2+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry or similar.

Good knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes.

Good attitude in dealing with issues and requests from Top Managers.

Good motivation to master new major challenges.

Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
