For our own projects, we are looking for: FABRICATION MAINTENANCE CONTRACT COORDINATOR Ref code: CR_2405-142_Fabrication Maintenance Contract Coordinator Job summary MISSION: FMC Coordinator must rule all activities where he is responsible or solving actor in complete accordance to all HSE Company rules as well as concerned referential. Operationally the Fabric Maintenance Contract Coordinator shall ensure that both planned and corrective actions are considered in the best efficient and accurate way by all Fabric Maintenance Contractors (namely Piping and Static Equipment, Scaffolding and Thermal Insulation, General Cleaning and Painting). TASKS: Coordinate and supervise Fabric Maintenance Contractors in supporting all Maintenance Department activities, actors and contractors. Coordinate and supervise Fabric Maintenance Contractors ensuring works are carried on in complete accordance with Company rules, GS, GM and all referential. Optimize all field activities as well as relevant costs by ensuring always the best achievable saving staying on schedule and budget. Collect and organize the yearly planned activities in charge to Fabric Maintenance Contractors activities. Collect, organize, and prioritize the corrective actions linked to the Fabric Maintenance activities as well as appropriately managing the emergencies by FMC. Coordinate and follow up the activities progress to ensure the best strategy and schedule is always applied on all the Fabric Maintenance Contractors work. Assist and support the Head of Maintenance and Contract Administrator on the application of the best cost wise strategy by matching as well all schedule and quality targets. Propose campaigns by zonal approach where feasible. Supervise and follow up the onsite Fabric Maintenance Contractors activities in term of QAQC and accounting. Liaise with Inspection Department for reviewing welding book and associated Inspection Test Plans when related to the like-for-like replacement, when and whereas needed. Whereas needed and applicable ensuring FMC's working as per Inspection Department recommendations-reports. When needed to get site survey-visits / audits to preliminary to the job to be executed as well as to ensure right Method of Statement is applied by FMC for activities execution in complete accordance to all stakeholders requirements as well as GS. Company referential Methods. Identifies recurrent corrective actions and proposed campaigns when it seems to be more efficient. Ensure that the FMCs will respect the Company procedures and propose any improvement if technically justified (validation of any proposal to be shared and finally approved by the entitled Entities, (eg. Inspection Department for piping, etc). Suggests improvements and requests modifications where relevant (eg. Requests for Modification). He will be responsible to track in a proper manner (eg. Company to provide specific templates) the progress of Fabric Maintenance Contractors. He will be responsible, jointly with Company CMIMS Engineer, for placing Notifications, work orders and reservation whereas related to FMC activities. SERVICES Whereas needed responsible to define suitable workpack for FMC activities. Provide accurate and detailed estimates for work scopes along with an outlined methodology for each FMC activity. Ensure proper development and follow-up of all the applicable KPIs (as defined by Company) as well as Monthly report proper fill-up. Carry on all administrative tasks associated with role and FMC activities (Daily Reports / Time verification and validation / CMIMS Management, etc. ) Review the FM Contractors monthly work done (VOWD) proposing to his Hierarchy any needed suggestion for improvements and cost optimization (including advices and first validation for final costs approvals by hierarchical line). FMC Coordinator to technically review Method of Statements issued by FM Contractors (jointly with other disciplines if needed). FMC Coordinator to technically review and perform frequent and periodical review for all economical offer issued by FM Contractors (jointly with other disciplines if needed). Quality Assurance Fabric Maintenance Contract Coordinator shall ensure the following: Procedures proposed by FM Contractors are in line with Company expectations and applicable General Specifications as well as referential. Touch up painting according to applicable procedures and referential (whereas needed jointly with Inspection). Insulation installed according to the applicable procedures (whereas needed jointly with Inspection). Ensure, jointly with Inspection whereas needed, proper QA/QC follow-up for any needed technical aspect relative to the FM Contractors Purpose. He is responsible for supervising, following up tracking all the corrective actions progress. He ensures that Fabric Maintenance Contract works are carried out in strict accordance with COMPANY's current technical specifications, safety rules and operating procedures. He promotes a high standard of workmanship from the team jointly with other disciplines representatives. He adopts safe working practices and behaviours promoting continuously the FM Contractors safety cultures. He will deal with Surveillant / HSE Superintendent of all HSE anomalies and incidents, accidents and near misses and ensure that all relevant actions are strictly followed up to prompt finalization. From operational point of view the Fabric Maintenance Contract Coordinator shall report directly to the Head of Maintenance or Maintenance Superintendent according to the Maintenance Organization philosophy. Fabric Maintenance Contract Coordinator shall support RSES, HSE Superintendent, Maintenance Methods, Process Methods, Logistic, etc as needed but working in complete accordance with Maintenance Department strategy and hierarchical line guidelines and instructions. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 years' experience/expertise in similar position and/or oil and gas production installations. A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a base knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations. Proactive, pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others. Physical ability to work according to the Italian applicable regulation for his job employment contract. Certified to work in confined space when requested. Working language: English and Italian both written and spoken. Fabric Maintenance Contract Coordinator should have a sufficient knowledge and experience in similar facilities including, in their own area of competence: Pressure vessels like Drums, Columns, Heat Exchangers (TEMA type, plates, Air Fin Coolers etc), Filters, piping, lifting equipment etc. Experience in environment/facilities exposed to H2S and SO2. The technology used in oil/gas/chemical industry. Knowledge of metallic materials and metallurgy used in Oil and Gas field or similar installations. Knowledge of scaffolding installation, use and dismounting methods and applicable regulations. Knowledge of civil engineering / Requests for Modification process and follow-up. Knowledge of additional tools (eg. MySafety or Sinergy developed by Company) can be considered a plus. Advanced University Degree (economics or engineering preferred) or equivalent. He must have proven ability of communication. Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organizational ability. Able to work in team. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive change with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional knowledge of English language and Italian required. ERP and e-sourcing tools background (ideally SAP) required. OTHER DETAILS: Job Location: Potenza, Italy; Contract Duration: 1 year; Starting date: June 2024.
