The person will be placed within the Facilities Maintenance Operation function with the aim of conducting and managing the maintenance and improvement of gas storage and distribution systems used in production processes. Responsibilities:Conduction of Gas systems. Management of preventive and corrective maintenance (also with the aid of specialized companies), conducting investigations to identify root causes of failures, defining containment and restoration actions, and preventive action plans to avoid recurrence of failures. Support for system operation: scheduling deliveries – replacement of TT/drums/cylinders – maintaining systems in excellent condition. Management of modifications and improvement activities using tools provided during design, execution, testing, and commissioning phases: FMEA, HAZOP, work coordination, qualification of modifications to the system/process. Participation in planning meetings for facilities activities. Support to Purchasing / Process Engineering functions to evaluate/qualify alternative supplies / plant modifications. Support to Facilities Improvement functions – Technical Office for the development of projects involving gas storage and distribution systems. Required Qualifications:Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Excellent knowledge of PID drafting and reading. Problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of the Office software package. Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written. Competence in drafting technical documentation and reporting. Good ability to present analysis results. Preferred Qualifications:1-2 years of experience. Good knowledge of AutoCAD – SAP. Good understanding of reading and interpreting electrical schematics. Profile completion with autonomy, proactivity, good relational skills, and flexibility.
