Our client is a well established, international and growing fashion company in the luxury sector, part of one of the biggest fashion groups in the world.

**-- MISSION --

We are looking for a highly analytical and problem solving individual.

You will be able to management and monitoring all activities regarding the 'Servizi Generali'.

You will focus on the safety and maintenance both in retail and production plants.

**-- RESPONSIBILITIES --

- Monitor procurement contracts of the companies providing maintenance services

- Coordinate special maintenance services and/or renovation projects

- Manage cleaning, vigilance and catering services for different locations

- Manage requests on sustainability, following company guidelines

- Manage the parking area

- Create and fill out reports, making sure they're up to date

- Manage the archive for each activity

**-- REQUIREMENTS --

- Educated to a degree level, preferably in Engineering or Architecture

- 2+ years of experience in managing topics of safety and maintenance - open to travel to different production plants and Italian stores

- Good level of English, spoken and written

- Good knowledge of Autocad, Excel and general knowledge of basic IT programmes

- Good abilities of precision and time management

- Good problem solving skills

- Ability to work in teams
