Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to manage and organize all the activities related to the building maintenance of Milano School of Fashion ensuring both high quality standard and both the compliance with the Italian laws.

He is in charge of the relationships with external contractors in order to monitor the maintenance and renovation works.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the whole process related to Health and Safety (staff training, prevention and protection) guaranteeing the respect of the standard and deadline required by the law.

He is in charge of managing all the activities related to the Facilities & Operation at Milano School of Fashion.

**Key purpose of the role

- To manage and organize all the activities related to the building maintenance, guaranteeing the respect of the Italian rules and related deadline;

- To manage the relationships with external contractors in order to monitor the maintenance and renovation works;

- To manage the relationships with external contractors to organize events or other School activities;

- To manage the whole Health and Safety process;

- To supervise the activities related to the Facilities & Operation;

- To supervise the School supply process.

**Education and Skills

- Diploma or Degree in technical disciplines;

- At least 2 or 3 years' experience in a similar role;

- ISO and safety standards knowledge;

- Good knowledge of English language;

- Ability to work in team;

- Ability to work under pressure.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
