Dassault Systèmes is recruiting a Facilities Specialist for our great Italian team based in Milan.

As a Facilities Specialist, you will be a trusted team mate and service provider who recognizes that challenges are opportunities to provide positive outcomes.

**Your Role?

- You Provide support to Facility Team and Real Estate Manager regarding the office management

- You sustain the Car Fleet Manager in day to day activities

- You manage purchases, contacting suppliers and following e-procurement process

- You manage mobile phones fleet, acting as interface with our external provider as primary administrator and support employees

- You sustain in the organization of the internal meetings or external events, acting as the interface who will coordinate request, managing reservations of room/hotels and preparing necessary documents and material

- You will interact and collaborate on complex projects, welcome competing deliverables, and demonstrate positivity under pressure while channeling chaos into energizing results.

- You ensure on site compliance with 3DS security & Safety guidelines

- Some travel is required to other offices in Europe (twice a year)

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma

- Proven experience in similar role

- Ability to work successfully in a matrixed environment

- Creative, innovative mind-set to spot opportunities

- Confidence to work self-managed in a fast paced and exciting environment

- Experience in multi-cultural work environments and international companies

- Fluent English and Italian language skills are a must
