What's the Job? 3rd Shift: Sun Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat 10:00 PM - 6:00 AMTechnical Skills: Must have basic maintenance skills, light plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, ability to operate HVAC controls, and a valid driving license. The main function of a Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support for the assigned buildings. Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. What's Needed? Technical Skills: Must have basic maintenance skills, light plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, ability to operate HVAC controls, and a valid driving license. Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
