DUTIES As a Facility & Asset Specialist – BMS/Technological Systems & Equipment , you will oversee the maintenance, efficiency, and compliance of technological systems, including BMS, clean rooms, and laboratory equipment, ensuring operational continuity and process optimization. The activities will include (but are not limited to): Ensure the operation and extraordinary maintenance, liaising with suppliers and external technicians, focusing on Building Management Systems (BMS) for centralized control of facilities and the digital twin of the plant, ensuring real-time monitoring and optimization of systems. Define ordinary, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans, ensuring the company's assets remain efficient. Manage technological systems related to controlled atmosphere environments, including classified Clean Rooms, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Provide support for new projects involving the installation and optimization of technological systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Participate in emergency management and resolution of critical failures, overseeing electrical redundancy systems to ensure business continuity. Manage laboratory equipment, handling aspects of maintenance, document management, and administrative tasks, including calibration logs, validations, and regulatory compliance. Support in the installation and qualification of the company's equipment, ensuring that the facilities meet the requirements of new installations. Perform minor maintenance tasks when necessary. Prepare technical reports on system status and maintenance activities. Support the updating of the technical archive related to the company's facilities and assets. Collaborate with the Facility & Asset team to optimize processes and improve operational performance. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Technical Degree or equivalent education. At least 7 years of experience in the role within industrial environments, particularly in the aerospace sector or other high-tech facilities. Availability to work on shifts, including night shifts, and provide on-call support as needed. Good understanding of the English language. REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS Experience in implementing and managing monitoring and control systems for contaminating environments and high-critical systems. In-depth knowledge of technical and safety regulations in the facility management field. Knowledge and use of Building Management Systems (BMS) and digital twin technology for centralized monitoring and control of facilities. Knowledge of electrical redundancy systems and operational continuity. Expertise in managing, maintaining, and document management of laboratory equipment, including administrative and compliance activities. Proven ability to support and manage new project implementations including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and vendors effectively. Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Good manual skills for basic maintenance tasks. Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle emergencies. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Previous experience in the aerospace field will be considered a plus. Knowledge of cleanroom standards and other relevant compliance regulations. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Expertise in troubleshooting systems and diagnostics. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
