We are looking for a** Facility & Office Assistant I**ntern** **for **6 months of internship experience**!
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As part of the team, you will contribute to:
- Support Facility & Office Manager in managing suppliers, orders, and procurement;
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed;
- Support in HSE management in coordination with HR;
- Support in the economic management of general services and Facility & Office contracts (maintenance, rent, building, printers, reception, vending machine, catering etc. . . );
- Support in the Creation and optimization of business processes in coordination with the team for the Facility & Office branch;
- File management with the use of Excel.
**Education** & Experience**:
- New graduate or degreee in Economics, Management, Architecture;
- Problem-solving and adaptive mindset;
- Good analytical skills and detail-orientation;
- English knowledge is preferable;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- An analytical mindset and ability to think critically;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Team Working.
