GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, he/she will assure building and general services level and accuracy, according to defined standard.

He /she will be in a constant contact with Maintenance & Facility Manager and all departments in order to resolve daily requests and define actions to improve efficiency, performance and service delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

- Monitoring the condition of buildings, outdoor areas and facilities;

- Supporting and guide plant and facility master file record creation

- Defining maintenance procedures and activities, monitoring their progress and ensuring proper documentation management.

- Supporting the Facility management software development activity.

- Supporting team leaders in planning routine activities.

- Supporting Purchasing department in drawing up appropriate maintenance specifications, compliance to general and local guidelines and regulation

- Supporting Facility manager and linked services area in analytic calculation and technical report.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Few years of experience in the same activities would be preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Technical studies; multidisciplinary experiences, Office knowledge are appreciated.
