JOB PURPOSEThe Facilities Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to Florence Head Office teams and Milan Supply Chain office team, ensuring they are supported to enable a smooth and efficient running of the office.

RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform general office administration tasks, including managing orders of stationery and office supplies. To create POs in Ariba for all utilities invoices, services, rents, and leases. To be responsible for daily mails and shipments with different couriers custom clearance assistance. To manage all Company car fleet for employers in Milan, Scandicci, and Piacenza. To be the point of contact for all Health & Safety enquiries. To support the external RSPP in all Burberry and statutory requirements. To manage suppliers and technicians on all operational activities for the sites. PERSONAL PROFILEEligible to L. 68/99. Previous experience working as a Team Assistant to Management or in an administrative role. Computer literate, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Ariba/SAP preferred. Experience in using technology for meetings (videocalls via Microsoft Teams). Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
