Job Scope

Organizes and supervises the maintenance of buildings and machinery in compliance with expected costs and with the requirements regarding Safety, Health and Environment.

Key

**Responsibilities**:

Ensures the correct maintenance of the relevant company facilities, in compliance with company budgets and production needs;

Ensures the drafting and implementation of the preventive maintenance plan;

Ensures the good technical execution of the works within the approved budget;

Ensures the drafting and management of the technical documentation of the systems in line with the Mandatory Regulations;

Coordinates the interventions of external suppliers, ensuring their effectiveness;

Establishes and agrees with laboratory managers the timing and priorities of intervention on the various systems;

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

High school diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in disciplines related to the Facilities field.

Several years of experience in a similar or equivalent position in structured contexts.

Familiarity with Facilities management, including in Pharma production environments.

Knowledge of the Maintenance Management Logics of buildings and supporting IT systems.

Knowledge of applicable regulations, aptitude for legal and regulatory aspects.

Orientation to workplace safety management.

Project Management.

Team working / Customer oriented / Problem solving.

Good knowledge of English.
