- Our Tesla facilities are on the front lines of our mission.

The Facility Coordinator provides operational support to enable our locations to run as efficiently and effectively as possible and provide an exceptional experience to our employees and to our customers.

The Facilities Coordinator successfully executes critical repairs/maintenance and inspection projects that are critical to support Tesla's rapid growth while also ensuring stores continue to meet our evolving standards.

This individual partner with various Places teams, as well as other Tesla departments and external vendors.

Facility Project Coordinator repair and maintenance program across the region.

The focus is on managing a robust preventative maintenance program, covering all building infrastructure and Tesla assets. 80% of the focus should be proactive, with the aim to reduce reactive repair requests.

KPI's Preventative maintenance compliance.

Managed against #days to complete repair orders based on priority level.

What You'll Do

- Responsible for daily incoming Facility requests for Tesla locations and distributing accordingly within the region of responsibility

- Provide periodic reports on maintenance, repair, work request response and other activities

- Add and modify PMs for new and existing equipment based on supplier recommendations and maintenance team feedback

- Manage and own prompt resolution of escalations related to all repair/maintenance requests and recurring services (i. e.

paint, landscaping, snow removal, etc. )

within the region of responsibility.

- Manage communication between stakeholders (e. g.

property owners, local leadership) on all facility initiatives and projects.

- Manage invoices (check work completed, approve invoices, take care of incorrectly submitted invoices, support vendor in invoice process, late payments).

- Maintain supplies and spare parts inventory and identify and order needed parts, maintain tracking system

- Communicate with contractor resources to monitor the performance expectations of the work order

- Work with maintenance personnel to assemble required parts to perform overhauls, repairs and work order tasks.

- Maintain technical library (blueprints, technical documents, service manuals, etc.

).

- Perform supporting activities for engineering and manufacturing including 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, material handling improvements, and safety procedures.

- Point of contact for vendors and internal customers (incoming R&M requests, answer questions, liaise between requester and vendor, etc.

).

- Manage (new) vendor operational execution in regards to contract (KPI, SLA)

- Creation of purchase orders and management of invoices to support the implementation of services and assets at facilities.

- Foster positive working relationships with teams on the front line by conducting regular site visits.

- NSO; execution of programs after handover

- Emergency support.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and proven ability to learn new systems quickly

- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and travel

- Willingness to relocate to UAE in 12/18 months
