Join to apply for the FACILITY ENGINEER role at SIMIC The Facility Engineer will be responsible for the optimal management and maintenance of a company's plants and facilities, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all physical assets.

The position plays a key role in ensuring environmental comfort, safety, and productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance: planning, executing, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems.

Supervise and monitor the condition of buildings, facilities, and equipment, identifying and resolving any faults or malfunctions in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and facility safety standards.

Implement measures to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and facilities, contributing to cost reduction and environmental impact.

Manage emergencies, defining and implementing emergency plans and crisis management.

Collaborate with other company departments to ensure proper operations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, energy, or similar) or technical degree.

At least 2 years' experience in Facility Engineer or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Knowledge of safety and fire prevention regulations.

Problem-solving skills, results orientation, ability to work in a team, excellent organizational and communication skills.

Willingness to work shifts and perform maintenance work even after hours.
