FACILITY MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE
ABOUT THE JOB
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- **Factory Machinery Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance of robots, testing stations, manual assembly line tools, and other machinery.
Manage jigs modification and small jigs construction.
- **Energy Management**: Implement and maintain ISO 50001 standards.
Lead the Decarbonization Project 2030.
- **Safety Documentation**: Prepare and manage safety documents for external suppliers using Risolvo.
- **System Maintenance**: Manage the maintenance of heating, air-conditioning, electrical, gas (methane, LPG, argon, etc.
), water, and compressed air facilities.
- **Fire Safety**: Oversee the maintenance of firefighting facilities, including sprinkler projects, smoke and fire detection systems, and smoke exhausting systems.
- **Building and Infrastructure Maintenance**: Ensure the maintenance of buildings, internal roads, and site layout modifications.
Manage office layout projects and site security facilities.
- **IT Collaboration**: Maintain computer, telephone, and data network hardware in collaboration with the IT department.
- **Compliance and Permits**: Ensure compliance with laws, obtain building and VVF permissions, and manage pressure vessel checks (CIVA management).
- **Electrical and Mechanical Checks**: Conduct periodic checks on electrical systems (thermography, heart continuity checks) and hoists over 500 kg.
- **Access Control and Signage**: Manage the access control system and internal signage, including permits with Comune di Pordenone.
- **Supplier Contracts**: Oversee contracts with facilities suppliers and manage canteen kitchen machinery.
- **Business Continuity and Budgeting**: Develop and maintain the business continuity plan, manage cost and investment budgets, and conduct monthly cost reviews.
- **Special Projects**: Lead special projects such as major building modifications and new constructions.
- **Risk Management**: Conduct Blue Risk Surveys and related activities and collaborate with the HSE office on ISO 14001 activities.
- **Truck Scale Maintenance**: Ensure the maintenance and periodic checks of truck scales every three years.
- **Workshop Management**: Oversee the maintenance workshop and ensure efficient operations in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, as direct report.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- Strong interest in facilities and maintenance management.
- Basic understanding of ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 standards is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to learn and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and willingness to develop leadership skills. Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus (e. g. , Autocad, Sauter, Cadel, Andover).
