Facility Management & Real Estate Coor
THE POSITION**:
The Real Estate and Facility Management Coordinator has the responsibility for overseeing services, maintenance, operation and optimization of building operation in connection to local infrastructure, space and assets. This includes accountability for all building costs. This person is in charge of guiding, monitoring and leading the facility management team of two, setting common goals and offering support and strategies.
**Tasks & responsibilities
***:
- Projects carried out for renovation and reconstruction work in accordance with regulations, guidelines and objectives and with regards to EHS, costs vs. Budget, sustainability, quality and user's needs (planning and preparation of technical tender documents, construction supervision, coordination of trades, invoice verification);
- Provision of benchmarking information for challenging budget proposals (local) as well as input for optimization;
- Responsible for operating costs of buildings and outdoor facilities, planning and monitoring of related facility services;
- Develops conceptual plans and budgets for facility projects to support financial decision-making;
- Proactive management of Building Management Systems;
- Enforce Preventative Planned Maintenance schedules with high standards level;
- Ensures the delivery of all facilities e. g facilities maintenance operations, infrastructure &space management, efficient delivery of site services;
- Utilities consumption monitoring with periodic report and propose measure to reduce consumption;
- Ensure technical documentations (including regulatory equipment files) are updated and available on site;
- Continuously assess internal clients' needs as input for improvements for both, internal and external service provider;
**Requirements
***:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or other Technical Subjects;
- Overall experience of 5 years within the area of Facility Management (or enabling functions);
- Experience in project & people management will be considered a plus;
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Autocad and project management tools;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Good analytical and organizational skills;
- Proactivity, creative problem solver and ownership skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Continuous improvement approach and quality orientation;
- Collaborative and developed teamwork;
