Your tasks, together with a senior colleague: Property management for part of DHL's building portfolioOverseeing key legal deadlines, such as fire prevention certificates, coordinating necessary stakeholders for timely renewalsMonitoring lease expirations and working with colleagues to define the best strategyProviding real estate scenarios, analysis, and construction insights to support strategic decision-makingManaging relationships with landlords and key real estate stakeholders (investors, municipalities, authorities, funds, etc. )Assisting in preparing Business Cases (BCA) for building project approvalsTracking project progress, preparing reports, updating stakeholders, and identifying risk mitigation strategiesEnsuring adherence to DHL's global real estate guidelines for standardized project executionCost and time monitoring to keep projects on trackReporting and updating internal tools with relevant project dataYour profile: Surveyor certificate of maturity (or equivalent qualification)Strong interest in sustainability initiatives (e. g. , photovoltaic systems, smart meters, LED lighting, EV charging stations)Knowledge of AutoCAD 2DFluency in both Italian and EnglishValid driver's licensePreferred skills:
