The main purpose of this role is to develop project of energy efficiency systems: controlled temperature, photovoltaic, cogeneration and geothermal wells and others new system in terms of electricity production and energy saving.

In this **Facility Management Energy & Plant Manager** role you will be responsible for all activities related to warehouses and offices' layout - including the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, fire prevention systems, automation equipments, shelf/rack units, heating and cooling system, hydraulic ramps etc.

You will take care of controlled temperature systems for specific goods (e. g.

pharma) and implies the preparation of technical specifications, metric calculation and cost evaluations. Part of the responsibilities is finally the management of all supplier of this area, as well as site inspections

**Main Activities

- Cooperate with external "professionals" (ESCO, Energy managers, Engineering Firms);

- Collaborate with function for a new facility and support building release;

- Manage all kind of technical needs, problems and feasibility studies supporting the Site Facility Coordinators

- Coach and drive Site Facility Coordinators during all works related technical plant installation and maintenance

- Prepare warehouse/office layouts and drawings, merging technical requirements by Country Laws, CRE, and DSC Security/Safety/IT

- Collaborate with IT to define LAN infrastructure

- Prepare technical specification and metric calculation, drive all the development projects related to the energy efficiency solutions

**Requirements**:

- At least 6/7 years of experience in Maintenance in manufacturing or logistic industries

- Bachelor Degree Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy and Environmental Engineering is appreciated)

- Knowledges in the manufacturing processes

- Dynamic and goal orientated

- Influential and impactful

- Acts on own initiative whilst also operating as part of an integrated team

- Able to collaborate with operational management across all levels within a country
