**About the Role

We are looking for a facilities management professional to support our Global Facilities & Asset Management team.

- **Project Management**: supervision and management of interventions and projects in the field of construction on the Group's site buildings (internal/external renovations of buildings), from the preliminary design phase to the tendering and implementation/delivery of the work;

- Management of **building layouts** and **office moving procedures**;

- **Plant management**, with the aid of plant management software systems and verification of plant energy consumption;

- **General Services Management**: Personal Services such as office moving, catering, mobility management, company car fleet, internal mail, and Property Services, including cleaning, civil and industrial waste management, and gardening

**What You Need to Be Successful

- Degree in Construction Engineering - Architecture or equivalent

- At least 5-8 years experience in facility management;

- Thorough knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems;

- Full professional knowledge of Autocad software;

- Professional knowledge of the English language;

- Knowledge of Office Suite;

- Knowledge of software dedicated to plant measurement/management (e. g.

design, energy brain, Archibus) is considered a plus;

- Availability for occasional travel (up to 10%)
