**Job Description**:

Our FCM department site in Pavullo is looking for a person who will have to coordinate the activities of the technicians involved in the maintenance of the company's physical infrastructures, such as: heating and air conditioning systems, electrical facility, water and fire protection systems and everything related to the maintenance of structures, fixtures and office furniture.

The resource will also take care of the coordination of the local Reception service and in case of emergencies that may put business continuity at risk, he will have to intervene to ensure that problems are resolved quickly and effectively.

His tasks also include the development and strategic planning of the company's real estate assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Civil, Construction, Environmental or Architecture Engineering;

- Interest in topics related to the facility/general services/maintenance, H&S;

- Good knowledge of MS Office package and drawing programs such as Autocad;

- Good knowledge of English.
