Therefore, we are looking for a **Facility Manager **(M/F/d) **and Real Estate **to strengthen our Facility and Real Estate team as soon as possible, who will not only take care of our high-tech production facilities with professional skills and team spirit, but also support our offices in all relevant issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of requirement profiles according to user specifications based on existing inventory information.

- Elaboration of feasibility studies and concepts for the technical building equipment with the support of external partners such as architects and technical building equipment planners.

- Monitoring of the individual project phases from concept development and execution to handover to the user.

- Preparation of specifications and description of all framework conditions for tenders for facilities services.

- Project-related coordination of commissioning, acceptance and handover processes

- Review and approval of planning statuses and initiation of necessary modification measures

- Supervision of planning, construction and service contracts as owner's representative

- Participation in all building and facilities management processes in the operational area

- Responsible as Building Ownership according local requirements and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Master craftsman or state-certified technician in the field of FM, or comparable degree (Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico-gestionale quali Gestione del costruito, Ingegneria Civile/Edile, Ingegneria meccanica, Ingegneria gestionale)

- 5 - 8 years of professional experience as Facility

- Very good experience in Building Management as Owner responsibilities

- High level of commitment, flexibility and independent working style

- Reliability, ability to work in a team and strong service orientation

- Structured and analytical way of working

- Very good knowledge of Italian and English
