Partner with the best You will be responsible for the management of all the soft services and hard services of a new Manufacturing Facility specifically designed for the production of modules for energy applications.

You will define the strategy for new investments (P&E) and oversee the execution once approved.

You will manage and control the following commodities: Maintenance, Fixture & Tooling, Engineering Services, Facility, Utilities, External Service & Labour, and continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and improve quality.

You will also handle energy management and initiatives to reduce CO2 in our facilities to meet our targets for 2030 and 2050.

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing all soft services (cleaning, waste, gardening, canteen).

Defining the strategy for new investments (P&E) and overseeing execution once approved.

Handling budget definition, management, and control for Maintenance, Fixture & Tooling, Engineering Services, Facility, Utilities, External Service & Labour, and continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and improve quality.

Managing energy and initiatives to reduce CO2 in our facilities to meet our targets for 2030 and 2050.

Coordinating construction operations of main assets of the new Plant under development.

To be successful in this role, you will: Be willing to become an Ambassador of Baker Hughes values: Lead, Collaborate, Grow, and Care.

Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Have 10+ years of industry experience, with a background in Global Supply Chain and Facility Management.

Be available to be relocated to another location in Calabria.

Exhibit effective problem identification and solution skills.

Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.

Possess an excellent customer service mindset.

Have knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.

Show good organizational, management, and supervisory skills.

Have experience in a matrix management organization.
