**Job Description**:

We are looking for a skilled engineer able to manage facilities in our Offanengo Headquarter.

You will be part of the Health Safety and Facility Team and coordinating daily activities regarding buildings and grounds design and maintenance.

You will be in charge of the following activities:

- procurement and contract management with external companies;

- manage infrastructures and spaces;

- coordinate a team of professionals and suppliers.

In this role you will cooperate with many different departments inside the plant, such as health and safety, production and technical functions departments.

**Qualifications**:

**Experience and Know How**:knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, CMMS platform and willing to improve the implementation of specific CMMS software.

Knowledge of CAD and MainSim will be considered a plus.

Familiarity with D. LGS 81/2008 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

**Personality**: al-oriented person, team player and problem solver with analytical capacity and flexibility, proactivity and willingness to take responsibilities;

**Language skills**:Fluent English and Italian.
