**POSITION OVERVIEW
Hierarchical and functional report: BU Director
Location: Nola
**Responsabilities
**Main responsibilities of the role**:
- _Manage and control Planned Plant and Infrastructure maintenance schedules. _
- _Accountability for planned maintenance and repairs arising is clearly identified and delegated. _
- _Ensure maintenance documentation is received, recorded and filed appropriately. _
- _Maintain KPI's to monitor plant availability and reliability. _
- _Arrange with the Production Dept most appropriate times for plant maintenance to be completed causing least disruption. _
- _Ensure that Risk Assessments and Method Statements are received from contractors working on Plant and equipment.
Ensure a Permit to Work form is issued prior to work commencing. _
- _Ensure all facilities activities meets the Safety and Quality requirements of internal standards. _
- _Monitor working practices and environment issues to ensure that people and processes meet the mandatory / statutory requirements. _
- _Monitor expenditure keeping within budget, identifying areas when difficulties are envisaged, review and reduce overheads wherever possible. _
- _Identify training and other resource needs to facilitate production in the most effective way. _
- _Communication of relevant issues to / from people through formal and informal means. _
**Skills & education
**Education**:
Master's Degree in Engineering
Languages:
Fluent in English
Experiencies:
Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management role
