Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Quality Specialist to join the Facility Management team.

Reporting into: Facility Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- Develop and update facility procedures and policies, and supervise their compliance;- Manage facility audits and all relevant aspects;- Interface with the HSE team for the technical issues resolution about environmental, safety, and health;- Organize and manage all obligatory routine maintenance;- Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided;- Elaborate relevant reports;- Coordinate any projects related to the HSE field;- Ensure the correct archival of practices.

The type of person we are looking for:- Preferred previous experience in development of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)- Preferred previous experience in facility audits;- Preferred previous experience in facility management or in HSE team in big-size companies;- Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aim at finding the right solution to the specific business problems;- Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite;- English: Intermediate, spoken and written;- Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely;- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders;- Ability to synthesize and communicate the results of the work;- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;- Able to work independently within a dynamic and goal-driven environment;
