Within the General Services Department, the resource will have the opportunity to provide support in the management of real estate assets. How will you make an impact?

You will:Receive fault reports and requests from the relevant officesOrganize ordinary and extraordinary maintenance by defining priorities and activating suppliersPerform root cause analysis to diagnose any problems and implement corrective actions and preventive measuresManage relationships with external suppliers by verifying the correct performance of maintenance activities and the quality of interventions and services carried outCarry out correct registration of costsDevelop a report on management resultsManage and organize the technical documentation (plans, declaration of conformity of systems, CPI, periodic checks on the ground system, etc.

)Manage the execution of the relevant contracts, ensuring the monitoring of the required service levels and related obligationsCoordinate projects related to the improvement of work environments or production needsHow will you experience success with us? Technical qualifications, e. g.

Mechanical, Electronics, Environmental Engineering or equivalent are preferredPrevious experience in similar rolesProblem solver and team playerItalian and English fluentKnowledge of the Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office packageKnowledge of design software (AutoCAD or other) preferredKnowledge of management systems (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001) preferableWhat makes our Group different?
