We are looking for a **Facility Specialist** to help us in our Warehouse in Castel San Pietro Terme.

**YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE**:

- Providing building services

- Providing Facility Services

- Providing services to people

- Providing space services

- Supporting the preparation of documents necessary for tenders for contractors

- Supporting for essential planning of central services such as maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You hold a diploma surveyor or you are an industrial expert

- You have minimum knowledge of passive invoicing cycle

- You are proficient with Microsoft Office

- You like work in team

- You have good communication skills and flexibility in dealing with different actors at different levels

- You preferably know how to use AUTOCAD

- You are fluent in English
