Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team.

Some of the essentials for you to know are:Location: Our Warehouse in Landriano (PV)Reporting into: Facility ManagerHere is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:Manage technical reports and requests from relevant sites;Organize both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, defining priorities and engaging external suppliers;Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose any issues and implement corrective actions and preventive measures;Coordinate projects related to improving work environments or business needs, and proactively propose continuous improvement actions;Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided;Elaborate accurate costs reporting;Drawing up reports on management results;Manage and organize technical documentation (floor plans, conformity plant declarations, CPI, periodic checks of grounding systems, etc.

);Oversee the execution of relevant external contracts, ensuring the monitoring of required service levels and associated compliance;Create Purchase Orders (PO) to be sent to suppliers and manage good receipt;Asset registration / de-registration;Elaborate budget reports;Archive maintenance reports. The type of person we are looking for:Preferred master's degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering);Preferred previous experience in facility management in big-size companies;Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach;Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite;English: Intermediate, spoken and written;Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely;Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;Able to work independently within a dynamic and goal-driven environment.
