Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Our Warehouse in Landriano (PV)

Reporting into: Facility Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing: Manage technical reports and requests from relevant sites. Organize both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, defining priorities and engaging external suppliers. Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose any issues and implement corrective actions and preventive measures. Coordinate projects related to improving work environments or business needs, and proactively propose continuous improvement actions. Manage relationships with external providers, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided. Elaborate accurate costs reporting. Drawing up reports on management results. Manage and organize technical documentation (floor plans, conformity plant declarations, CPI, periodic checks of grounding systems, etc. ). Oversee the execution of relevant external contracts, ensuring the monitoring of required service levels and associated compliance. Create Purchase Orders (PO) to be sent to suppliers and manage good receipt. Asset registration / de-registration. Elaborate budget reports. Archive maintenance reports. The type of person we are looking for: Preferred master's degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering). Preferred previous experience in facility management in big-size companies. Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aimed at finding the right solution to specific business problems. Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite. English: Intermediate, spoken and written. Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely. Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders. Ability to synthesize and communicate the results of the work. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently within a dynamic and goal-driven environment.
