Department: Fairs and events

- PRIMARY FUNCTION: The events hospitality specialist is responsible for the hospitality of single events or projects requested by CNH Industrial Brands in Europe and allocated by the Team Manager, who will supervise the activity.

- He/She proposes programs and coordinates events from the briefing to the full execution, also on site, fully supporting the brands, in agreement with their briefing, positioning strategy and budget.

- ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES:

- Management of different kind of events such as product launches; customer and dealer events, institutional events, press conference and events, training events, fair and shows hospitality needs, inventive trips, plant visit programs;

- Preparation of briefing and specific presentations for the brands, for tenders or for contracted suppliers involved;

- Coordination of all hospitality operations provided by internal and external suppliers (hotels, transfers, restaurants & catering, meeting rooms, entertainment & leisure activities, hostesses, guides & interpreters, etc ) assuring the proper level and quality;

- Work in cooperation with the other functions of Commercial services team involved in the event;

- Budget estimate and control during and after the event;

- Analysis and measurement of the event's results with CSI tools and rating of the suppliers;

- Share of best practices, creating synergies and efficiencies for the brands

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Including education & years of experience- Experience of 3-5 years in events organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Fluent English, other languages as preference

- Ability to work in team

- Availability to travel

- Good knowledge of MS office package (excel, word, Power Point) and internet tools

- Budget management experience
