We are recruiting a junior member to join our **Family office & private clients team in Milan **who will be tasked with:

- providing assistance to our private clients in the field of relocation, inheritance and gift taxes, family wealth, sportsmen, Italian and foreign vehicles to protect the family assets;

- analyzing international succession plans, family governance matters, trust and holding companies;

- tax compliance activities consisting of the preparation and review of Italian tax returns for our private clients, with a specific focus on assets held outside of Italy and taxation of financial instruments.

- managing dealings with the tax authorities;

- managing relationships with KPMG colleagues around the world.

- Qualifications/requirements_

- a master's degree in business; (LM 56 and/or LM 77, preferably in financial markets) or law with final marks of over 100/110;

- the intention of going into professional practice or qualifying to practice as a chartered accountant or tax lawyer;

- excellent knowledge of English;

- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;

- flexible and dynamic approach.
