Maïa Archive is a dynamic product development studio collaborating with a network of Italian craftsmen, manufacturers, suppliers, and stockists to create innovative and sustainable products.

With a focus on knitwear, woven, jersey items, and leather accessories, we prioritize sustainability and aim to minimize overproduction. All our products are crafted in north and central Italy. We are seeking a Product Manager Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will support various aspects of product development, production management, and business development. Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Research: Conducting research via emails, calls, and visiting fairs and producers. Production Management: Assisting the production manager in development and production processes. Managing logistics and communication with producers, providing translations, and creating technical drawings. Assisting during fittings and communicating with clients. Business Development: Supporting general business development initiatives. QualificationsProficiency in Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Excel. Fluency in English and a good level of Italian is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
