Within the Buying Department, we are looking for a Woman Collection Buyer for our Stores in Italy and Asia.

The Candidate will report to the Head of Buying and he/she will deal with the study of the product, the purchasing strategies, ensuring the delivery of the product to its destination and maintain the collaboration with Asian Partner.

Responsibilities:Study and evaluate all possible purchasing solutions in terms of network suppliers and materials in line with company standards and objectives, according to the requests from the Product Development. Operate with an active and extremely collaborative approach with our internal development and industrialization technicians and external suppliers, in order to identify the better sourcing solution. Define the purchase conditions with suppliers, including product costs and spending on the equipment provided, production capacity, lead time. Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply network, using the appraisal system of the suppliers (based on standards of quality, level of service, costs and technical aspects), analyzing the results, providing feedback and proposing new and alternative scenarios. Monitor the production of suppliers also through on-site visits, improving the main technical knowledge related to the product and the peculiarities of the production processes related to the components. Daily collaboration with Asian Partners following all communications and requests. Qualifications:

Strong passion for research and study of fashion trends. Excellent communication, negotiation and result-oriented skills. Fluent in English; Chinese (Mandarin) language appreciated.

Good knowledge of MS Office with excellent Excel skills.

Profiles with previous experience in the role specifically with the Asian market are welcome.
