A Food and Beverage Coordinator provides the FB team with administrative support, taking messages, maintaining an appointment calendar, and providing internal customer service.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Support a professional and profitable FB department by being responsible for all the day-to-day administrative operations of the Food and Beverage office. Assist the Food and Beverage Management Team in analyzing data, writing reports, and developing strategic plans for the Food and Beverage Department. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of administrative information within the Food and Beverage department to facilitate other business operations. Work closely with the Managers of the restaurants to support all requested purchases and requirements to improve the business#39;s performance. Promote positive interdepartmental relations through candid communication and cooperation. Lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate our team members to excel. Handle all correspondence in the Food Beverage office. Participate in any scheduled training and development program that may improve personal or departmental standards. Qualifications:Previous Food and Beverage or culinary experience. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Exceptional time-management and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills. Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
