Director of Food and BeverageMission:We are seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead the FB operations of a prestigious luxury property in Rome.
This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader who will be responsible for protecting, growing, and enhancing our brands and reputation to a targeted global audience. Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of Food and Beverage operations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage budgets and financial performance. Lead and train FB staff to ensure high standards of service. Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. Strong leadership and team management skills.
