Role Overview: Lead and coordinate daily operations across 25 F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high standards across all venues Manage a large team and liaise with various departments to enhance guest experiences Implement innovative strategies for operational efficiency, cost control, and quality service Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all outlets Ideal Candidate: Significant experience managing large cruise ship operations Proven leadership and organisational skills in high-volume F&B operations A strong background in coordinating diverse teams across multiple service environments Available to relocate to Egypt (single or married status, no children) Salary: US$96, 000 net+ (negotiable)
