In line with Product & Project Dpt.

Guidelines, the F&B Editor gathers all the information coming from the departments involved in the process, works out editing materials and checks all documents coming from the graphic agency, verifying that printed materials meet Company standards, while ensuring timely delivery to the ships.

- Previous working experience, ideally within the translation-/communication sector;

- Fluent English.

Second and third language are required;

- Good computer skills and experience with both print and online media is an advantage;

- Bachelor's degree in Languages-/Translation;

- Good writing and editing skills;

- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow-up;

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Verifies that all printed items are correctly made in accordance with standards and requirements and informs the Editing Coordinator in case of anomalies-/delays;

- Gathers all necessary information and pass them on to the graphic agency-/printer-/ships;

- Translates or arrange the translation of menus, lists, recipes and other specific documents to be provided on board ships;

- Ensures data input in beverage (GMDE) food (Calcmenu) tools;

- Verifies that all data supplied on the above tools, by Corporate Chefs and Beverage dpt, meet the pre-set requirements;

- Follows internal planning and timing for the yearly scheduled activities;

- Arranges the delivery on board of buffet meng and master labels;

- Sends the planned brief to the graphic agency along with unscheduled internal requests and provides all necessary details about the materials required;

- Creates RDA for the printed material required;

- Creates all menu and buffet label mengs database to be translated in extra languages required;

- Creates and updates the online archive of printed items as soon as the files are approved and printed;

- Manages the material archive by requesting all printed items to each printer, in order to have at least three copies for internal and external use;

- Creates and updates the online archive for recipes and buffet labels, subdivided per area and ship class.
